Do listeners need to install anything?
No. The QR code opens a web page. It works on any phone made in the last decade, and the voice keeps playing with the screen locked.
How far behind the preacher is the translation?
Captions appear about one to two seconds after a sentence is finished, the voice a second or so after that. Measured on real services, not a lab.
Which languages?
Any pair among the languages the service supports, with Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish and English used most. One service can be translated into several languages at once, and a church can preach in more than one.
What about privacy?
Live audio is processed as it streams and is not recorded. Transcripts are kept for your church and open to anyone with the service link. Listeners are never asked for a name or an email. See the privacy policy.
